The monthly membership is a monthly fee of $200. This includes unlimited telehealth visits. There are no deductibles or copays. No long term contracts. Patients are billed monthly and can cancel anytime. 

Visits are completed through a secure video phone call. This makes access to care available where and when you need it, 

No, CJMED Health does not accept insurance. Forms of payment are credit/debit card, HSA and financing through Care Credit.  accepts most major insurance plans. Please contact us for more information.

Your online provider can recommend the appropriate lab tests and write the order. CJMED Health works with many well known and local labs and will refer you to your nearest lab. Orders will be electronically sent to your lab.
